As a senior EM, I promoted 2 managers to split my operational team into 2 different scopes: one dedicated to SEPA payments and a second dedicated to Swift and cheques payments. Our full team was composed of 12 collaborators. I took a higher vision of our responsibility scope by facilitating collaboration with our strategy & product teams and breaking backend & frontend silos. I supported and mentored managers of SEPA and Swift/cheques teams on their specific daily problems and scopes and partnered with those managers to manage their own team growth.
