- Defined a target architecture for a new model of business based on platform concept aligned with the global strategy. Model based also on a modern technology stack. - Defined a technology development strategy based on Low code and “APIzation”. -> Succeed to support digital transformation to reach a new business capability based on platform business model.

- Defined a functional architecture target to meet business requirements for multiple projects in accordance with architecture principles and rules. - Maintained the information model and its business objects and processes. -> Achieved fast integration in the team and giving expected service in a strongly controlled process.

- Monitored the digital program in 15 international subsidiaries, by ensuring a follow up and reporting to executives of the deployment of nine IS components. - Led architecture studies submitted to the validation committee by checking compliance with BNP architectural standards and assisting project managers and associated solution architects in the process. - Led PSD2 (payments regulation standard) and GDPR (personal data standard) regulations as the referent person for the community of international architects. -> Improved projects efficiency sharing significant information in an international context with a wide variety of architects and several topics from technical to business topics.

- Led the improvement of the business process of the patient journey between transplantation and dialysis, design a target architecture and follow up the development. - Led a project from the business case of a data exchange platform (ESB) to release the solution with planning associated trainings and flows migration. - Managed the architecture repository: definition of principles, norms and standards, development, and maintenance of the functional, application and technical mapping. -> Enterprise architecture maturity had raised to enhance architecture capacities enabling a better support business new strategic program.

- Designed and developed a new development front end framework for the international group based on open-source standards (Spring, JSF, Hibernate). - Worked in an international context (United States, Canada, England, India, and Hong Kong). -> New software framework delivered to reach technical goals as reducing total cost of ownership and to manage technological obsolescence.
