Introduction

I've been building web products since 2000, and live-bidding has been my signature. As sole owner of the platform at eAuctionRoom, I built my first real-time bidding system at 22. A decade later I built DrouotLive.com into one of Europe's leading live-bidding platforms. I care most about the 0 to 1: taking an ambiguous idea, turning it into something real, then making it scale. Today I'm co-founder and CTO of JoliCloset, a second-hand luxury marketplace serving 300K registered members, with a live catalog of 350K+ items. I lead the full technical org and the product direction: a Java-based commerce core, a React Native mobile app, and a growing layer of AI in production, including LLM-driven workflows, automated cataloging, image pipelines, and marketing automation. Along the way I've co-founded three companies. I ran the Drouot Group's internet division as CEO/CTO for nearly a decade. And when Netinteractive, which I co-founded in 2009, hit a hard patch, I stepped back in as President in 2019 and co-led its turnaround from a difficult position to strong profitability through cost discipline, reorganization, and a reset of strategy. I'm equally at home shipping architecture, applying AI, and owning the numbers. I'm drawn to problems where product, engineering, and business all have to be solved at once.
