 Manages a team that monitors the information technology environment for vulnerabilities, unauthorised activities, acceptable use policy/procedure violations, intrusion into and out of the network, and provides direct support for the Cyber incident response process.  Review of incidents flagged on SIEM and remediation of Incidents  Monitoring compliance to Security policies e.g., Password Sharing, multiple logins etc.  Monitoring of firewall configuration changes on Firewall analyzer  Administration and maintenance of SIEM.  Administration and maintenance of File Integrity Monitoring tool (FIM).  Administration and maintenance of Next Generation Firewall (NGFW).  Manage URL classification and ensure blocking of blacklisted IPs on Next Generation Firewall (NGFW).  Daily monitoring and reporting on systems joined to the domain  Daily monitoring and reporting on review of access and errors on servers.  Creation of new security policies on Network Access Control (NAC) Solution, IPS/IDS Security Solutions  User administration on Network Access Control (NAC) Solution  Defining Security and Audit policies for databases on DAM.  Monitoring and reporting on Antivirus and Patch Compliance Status for endpoints and servers.  Ensure that critical assets are monitored and activities from various data sources logged, to aid forensics investigation and audit.  Policy configuration and reviews to suit the changing landscape.  Using Web Application Firewall tools both On-premises and Cloud to monitor and detect changes.  Conducts extensive research to identify industry trends and its application in our environment whilst ensuring compliance.  Conduct reviews of Unauthorised application in the environment to avoid being compromised.

○Perform risk assessments to understand the level, significance and scope of risks. ○Prepare training materials and conduct AML/CFT training, KYC/CDD, training, Suspicious transactions training for all staff bank wide. ○Identify potential KYC/AML policy amendments in the course of reviews and make appropriate recommendations. ○Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations ○Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies ○Monitor and report unusual/suspicious transactions ○Educate employees on not only the regulations but also the impact to the organisation if these are not complied with ○Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues ○Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance ○Highlight or escalate areas of concerns ○Contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation ○Review marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements ○Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests ○Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects). ○Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance.
