In my role as an HR Business Partner at Hearst, I am responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing talent acquisition, and defining compensation policies. Also, implementing HRIS systems and ensured compliance with regulations. Additionally, I am supporting business development, marketing, and web development initiatives.

Driving SingularityDAO's culture, being responsible for the wellbeing of the workforce and attracting new talent. Leading the HR department processes and driving people management strategies. Coaching, mentoring and supporting staff members to identify their individual strengths and development needs, while championing an open, embracing culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) throughout SingularityDAO.

Founder/Managing Director of DIRECT Teacher Recruitment, Ireland's leading specialist educational recruitment company.

Recruitment Manager for Uteach, a specialist UK teacher recruitment agency. Established the Irish branch of the company in 2006 and coordinated the recruitment of teachers from the north and south of the country for jobs in the UK and private international schools worldwide. Was involved in recruitment drives further a field, in mainland Europe, Canada and Australasia.

I started working in Kingsford Community School as a secondary teacher of Art & Design. Within my first year I was promoted to Head of Department, one year before the school's first ever GCSE exams in 2005. The Art department achieved the highest exam results out of all departments across the school that year.
