– Accountable for the delivery of the One Hounslow Programme which requires the setting out of the direction for teams across the Council. – Prioritising how change and programme delivery is sequenced and resourced. – Digital Communities Experience; Strategic digital lead responsible for supporting Senior Management in the shaping and scoping of the programme. – Leading the discovery work to provide a prototype for providing Information, Advice and Guidance with the blended team from Community Solutions, voluntary sector partners and residents. – This work has been expanded to include Adult Education and Works Hounslow as part of the discovery to reduce the number of websites that a resident would need to visit. – Collaboration programme: promoting the use of the collaboration tools currently available across the Council and looking at new technologies, such as the use of Robotic Process Automation to reduce the administrative burden of repetitive tasks, improve accuracy and provide faster, more responsive services. – Direct line Management of a team of Project Delivery Managers and Project Delivery Support Officers and matrix management of the delivery team.

– Accountable for the shaping and framing a number of large complex programmes and initiatives across Hounslow.

– Accountable for leading the successful delivery of a large-scale, high profile, complex digital transformation programme, incorporating multiple projects and initiatives across both organisations. – The programme was designed to enable the councils to achieve their strategic objectives through a digital first approach to transformation which focused on user-centred design, as well as building and maturing digital capability to deliver exceptional results.

– Accountable for establishing and mobilising the Adults' and Children's digital transformation programme providing a governance framework, with clear deliverables. – Leading the provision of use cases and user journeys to define and shape the procurement requirements for new applications to reduce the need for paper assessments, plans and reviews.

– Accountable for establishing the Health and Social Care Systems' Programme with the appropriate governance and operational structure for the implementation of the social care system across adults', children's, health, commissioned services, and partners. – Responsible for ensuring the programme aligned to the digital, corporate and health strategies. – Also responsible for the provision of support to senior management through the change process, restructures, and new ways of working.

– Creating the Children and Young Persons' Transformation Programme in collaboration with all key stakeholders, including both internal and external partners. – Operational delivery of the Savings and IT Strategy for Lewisham, including new ways of working to encourage paperless operations and development of online services across all services.

– Working within ICT Business Change and across the Families Directorate (including adults' social care, children's social care, health and education) and the Corporate Operations Directorate (including customer contact centre, business support, IT and partnership organisations). – Development of strategic savings programmes and projects in-line with Waltham Forest's key strategies, as well as establishing project prioritisation tools and full documentation of processes. – Portfolio management for projects and programmes corporately, with an emphasis on the reduction of duplication of services.
