• Development of responsible investment strategies for private equity players • Contribution to the design and launch of new impact-focused financial vehicles (e.g., Article 9) • Execution of strategic and sustainability due diligence on European SMEs and large corporates, on both the buy side and the sell side • Implementation of ESG performance measurement tools and impact assessment frameworks for portfolio companies, both at acquisition and during the holding period • Support for the implementation of climate strategies, decarbonization plans (SBTi-aligned), and biodiversity strategies, including risk and opportunity assessments for private equity firms and their portfolio companies • Monitoring and compliance support regarding sustainable finance regulations (e.g. SFDR, Taxonomy, CSRD) • Contribution to ESG engagement campaigns conducted by major private equity players with their portfolio companies
