• Strategic support for a public agency on a functional experiment before legal adoption of e-invoicing with ~100 corporations and ~20 professional federations: market study, framing, planning and lead of 9 workshops, production of the client's final report to the Ministry of the Economy and Finance • Strategic support on infrastructure works portfolio for a public transport company in the context of the 2024 Olympic Games (€2,4Bn investment/year for work portfolio in Île-de-France and >1M passengers): improving governance across public and industrial stakeholders for work planification; scheduling workload on 2021-2024, modeling impact on passengers and possible scenarios to arbitrate for the prefet of Île-de-France. The new portfolio has been validated by the Public authority over the summer 2019 (up to Prime Minister) • Definition of the talent acquisition strategy of a newly created entity dedicated to sustainability for an energy leader: first-year recruitment plan (~250 employees worldwide), communication strategy per persona, design of governance and KPIs • Recruitment of 11 international start-ups for a leader of security systems and equipment into its Cybersecurity Accelerated Program at Station F: headhunting, scoring model definition and coordination with cybersecurity experts in the preselection process

• Worked within the M&A Midcap team on sell-side transactions (Industry & Business Services – turnover from €50M to €1Bn) • Participated in the writing of Pitches and Information Memorandums & Identification of Potential Buyers and Financial Partners • Created valuation packs combining several methodologies such as Trading Multiples and Precedent Transactions
