Issuing RFP for full turnkey building of cellular sites in Africa. Negotiating global contract, revisiting pricing on regular basis. Implementation of results in local operations. Responsibilities include customer projects (Deutsche Börse is 4th biggest outsourcing partner in financial industry in Germany) and procurement of the network connecting their 350 biggest customers worldwide.
