· Collaboratively map current processes related to IMDs Core Business including but not limited to Program Delivery and IT Services, highlighting their intricate dependencies. · Craft both the As Is and & the To be process models with attention to detail. · Act as the interface between business and IT in developing strategic projects. · Create and monitor a range of telling KPIs; communicate these metrics effectively across the institution to ensure awareness and drive action. · Identify, debate, and document immediate improvement opportunities; present recommendations to the CDO/CXO, the EXCO and other key stakeholders. · Align various departments on process changes, championing quality and efficiency. · Consistently track and report on the effectiveness of newly implemented process changes. · Act as an early warning system for potential inefficiencies, offering timely interventions to rectify negative trends. · Project management: Risk management matrix and follow-up, SAP Concur implementation, Supplier management, Conga implementation. · Internal control and Risk management

- Project Manager: in charge of implementing Continuous Improvement methodology throughout the Institution. Work with all departments and cross-functionally on all improvement initiatives (Processes, Projects, System, Communication, People) and ensure the right Governance and monitoring is in place. - Implement, structure and monitor main Finance processes: Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes. - Project Manager: Concur implementation, Supplier Management optimization. - Create and follow-up on an Institutional Risk Management matrix. - Internal auditor

Train, coach and assess all employees and managers on the tools and methodologies. Implement Fl training, coaching and assessment strategy and framework.

Project manager- Six Sigma Drive efficiency improvement through Lean management projects (Focused Improvement). Drive a DMAIC project on meeting structure at Nestrade. Reduction of time spent in meeting by over 20%. Leading a 12 members team with bi-monthly workshops. Training Support providing of internal, external and department specific trainings and establish and follow-up the Nestrade training plan Perform reporting activities and a 150K CHF budget control and follow-up Provide KPI data to various stakeholders Evaluate results of needs assessment with existing formats such as progress and development guides, feedback forms and training efficiency through feedback forms. Coordinate, link and provide input in the Youth Employment Initiative Apprentices/ interns Monthly follow-up with all 8 apprentices and 2 interns: onboarding, school results, presentations, coaching Train the new apprentices trainers Coordination with schools, creation and follow-up of a specific internal apprentices program, coaching, internships)
