Overall objectives and responsibilities Responsible for acquiring new air & ocean business; maintaining existing business & pro-actively penetrate the existing customer base to grow the relationship. Key Responsibilities • Identify new potential business in line with prospect criteria. • Responsible for acquiring new business and maintain & penetrate the existing customer base. • Responsible for sharing visit reports of in person with the various operational departments and overseas colleagues. • Responsible for pro-actively communicating and supporting on RFQ’s with the local bid team. • Responsible for retrieving information regarding tariffs via inside sales or product management from carriers, airlines and JAS offices abroad. • File and maintain quotes, proposals and any other relevant customer communication in the JAS CRM application. • Timely follow-up on pricing proposals, in cooperation with inside sales and connection to operations for proper implementation of new gained business. • Responsible for coordinating new or up-dated with invoicing/operations teams. • Discuss and agree upon with operations any possible service requirements outside the standard service portfolios. • Assure full CRM compliance for the designated territory. • Support on A/R issues with locally controlled customers. • Strong focus on cross-selling of the JAS service portfolio. • Strong focus on selling JAS FM defined products & the JAS IT tools.

As a solutions consultant, i work together with project leaders, line managers and commercial staff to develop integrated transport and logistics support solutions. I am the face-to-the-client analyzing, developing and presenting optimized transportation & supply chain solutions for the Neovia Logistics customers. - Gathering the business inputs from existing and perspective customers - Feeding and guiding the modeling team to come up with innovative and appealing propositions - Interpreting and reviewing the modeling outputs - Developing and giving sales presentations for senior management - Developing of transportation strategies & supply chain processes

- Provide appropriate tender cost estimates covering all logistics activities. It includes performing shipping list consolidation and optimization, transportation and logistics suppliers bid analysis, costing, risk analysis, technical survey (feasibility) analysis - Consolidate needs and requirements from projects and/or manufacturing to establish the logistics planning and related schedules, work load and assignments, priorities and available resources - Oversee and supervise the implementation of logistics plans for projects, ensuring they meet the define requirements and expectations regarding quality, completeness and timely delivery. It includes packaging, shipment, associated documentation and associated aspects like customs, transportations insurance, … - Ensure supplier performance is continuously monitored and evaluated to initiate appropriate actions or preventive measures in case of supplier issues, delays, quality issues, non-conformances - Ensure the verification of contractual documentation, the necessary import/export documentation into different countries - Supervise the port handling for the break bulk cargo - Ensure dispatch of the material worldwide for all the subsidiary - Stay abroad in different countries (India, Romania, Italy, ...) - Cooperation with the suppliers in order to improve, increase the productivity - Project followed: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Russia, Hungary, France, Italy, Belgium, India, New-Caledonia, United Arab Emirates,…
