In the french company Productys in Tunis (Tunisia). This successful experience allowed me to fully build an industrial software based on WEB technologies. My mission was to create a development team. To release a first version of the software in late 2013, I was given the opportunity to choose all the technologies and all about recruitment. First idea from Productys was to quit Windows technology to begin a new experience with Java which is regardless of computer architecture. Successful mission ! The software was installed in companies like Zodiac Choose of technology Vaadin which is a Java framework based on GWT. This allowed to develop RIA application (Rich Internet Application) quickly. Recruitement of 3 persons team. Development process. Developement tools (Concurrent Versions System, bugs manager, corporate WIKI, ...). Follow up developments, architecture and clean code. Most selected tools have also been installed in France in the parent company.
