• Responsible for driving growth in Oxfam Ireland’s regular giving segment through strategic investment in face-to-face fundraising, with a particular focus on high quality and best in class door to door fundraising, private sites, and two step acquisition • Motivate and identify talent, preparing for leadership roles, with a view to growth of programme and retention of staff • Drive a culture and environment of high performance, working with team with shared goals and objectives, and a supporter centric approach at all times. • Oversight of day-to-day expenditure in line with agreed budget, including reaching agreed expenditure on scheduled FR shifts • Enhance the supporter experience of Oxfam Ireland’s donors through contributing and collaborating across teams and functions on the welcome process to improve the donor experience and ROI across D2D and regular giving • Develop, with relevant stakeholders, reporting suite to drive a culture of constant improvement and optimising across teams, using tools like LookerStudio, PowerBI and R • Participate and represent Oxfam Ireland as an active and key member of the Face-to-Face community nationally, and on a global basis, through the Oxfam Global Confederation network

Optimizing processes for recruitment of the door to door, telemarketing and campaigner team members using a data driven approach and by developing strong relationship with software providers and relevant stakeholders On day to day basis performance manage a team of face to face campaigner, providing on site and phone coaching and developing motivational tools Project management during Covid-19 Pandemic in regard of re-deployment of staff in telemarketing, ranging from; ▪ Implementing new software within team to facilitate work from home ▪ Management of a team of 6 people remotely ▪ Developing reporting tools on Google Data studio and PowerBI ▪ Piloting new video messaging campaign ▪ Covering any required duty within the organization

- Driving a team of up to 30 face to face fundraisers. - Hands on management of fundraisers. - Recruitment and training. - Creating training content. - Organizing and chairing regular meetings, briefing days and events. - Taking care of administrative and logistic aspects of the program.

- Looking after teams of up to 6 people while fundraising alongside them. - Applying leadership skills day in day out. - Leading on morning briefings and fundraising exercises. - Involved in recruitment and training.

- Approaching members of the public in order to sign them up as monthly donors. - Meet and exceed daily targets. - Follow the best practice code of the Charities Institue of Ireland. - Act as a team player.
