- Institutionalize an AI Governance Operating Model by orchestrating strategic bodies (AI Governance Board, Strategic Portfolio Review). - Deploy a Lean Portfolio Management for AI, enabling continuous governance cadences (Lean Portfolio Review, SPR) and prioritizing AI use cases. - Structure strategic roadmaps & OKRs while optimizing budget arbitration. - Lead AI Risk & Compliance Monitoring by integrating AI Risk Control Towers, an Ethics & Compliance Scorecard, and automated bias detection algorithms. - Implement an AI Performance Command Center, consolidating Executive Dashboards (Power BI, Snowflake) to track impact, performance, and risks in real time. - Align AI governance with Enterprise Architecture through COBIT, ITIL, and TOGAF standards. - Orchestrate Executive Workshops and an AI Thought Leadership Program to drive adoption and AI scalability.

- Structure a robust integration governance by establishing strategic steering cadences (Integration Steering Committee, Change Advisory Board). - Lead the SAP ECC6 → S/4HANA migration by orchestrating a secure Cutover Plan, framing business & IT workstreams, and ensuring a seamless transition through Mock Runs & Dress Rehearsals. - Create and manage relationships between global, regional, and local teams. - Oversee communication on key milestones (kick-off, steering committee, etc.). - Provide and enforce methodology (operating models, deliverables, etc.) to ensure proper application within deadlines. - Coordinate a detailed Cutover Plan, including data migration, identifying key steps, timelines, and required resources. - Consolidate all prerequisites before each Cutover phase. - Track and report Cutover progress, escalate issues if necessary. - Conduct a post-mortem (REX) and follow up on action plans to secure the next Cutover. - Optimize incident and defect management with a Response Strategy and a Corrective Action Framework.

- Define and implement large-scale Agile/Product frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, etc.). - Support managers and teams in adopting new ways of working. - Deploy enterprise agility and optimize collaboration models. - Integrate Lean-Agile principles into portfolio management. - Contribute to building a learning and innovative organization. - Participate in internal initiatives (R&D, communities of practice, training, mentoring, etc.). - Support, build, and deploy a product strategy. - Clarify roles and responsibilities to optimize decision-making processes and accelerate delivery. - Develop a culture of collaboration, trust, and transparency to enhance organizational agility. - Reimagine key processes to maximize organizational performance by integrating strategic KPIs.

- Implement an agile governance framework for the DataLake program, aligning business priorities and regulatory compliance through strategic committees. - Manage budget dynamically with advanced forecasting tools and real-time tracking to adjust spending based on evolving needs and KPIs. - Control resource consumption through interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for precise monitoring of burn rate and investment efficiency. - Establish financial risk management strategies with continuous reviews and optimization to adjust the portfolio and ensure agility. - Ensure transparency with automated reports, enabling top management to track performance, budget variances, and necessary adjustments. - Maximize resource allocation through agile and cross-functional collaboration.
