During this collaboration, my role was to support the Club Med digital division and more specifically the internal design studio in various major tasks: • Designing interfaces and user journeys for business optimization purposes • Supporting teams in managing a global brand redesign • Creating a new commercial showcase based on new brand assets • Structuring digital elements and components in shared libraries • Operating links between the various collaborators and teams (Design ops) • Leading the graphic redesign of the “My Club Med” customer application (3.6→4.1 / 5) • Creating new screens and user journeys for the “My Club Med” application • Providing new features and use cases to the “My Club Med” application • Managing user tests in resorts to confirm previously targeted use cases

In the spring of 2021, I joined the "Sports" and "Golf" feature teams of Tag Heuer Connected. My main tasks were : • Supporting the teams in managing the different graphic components. • Creating new screens and user journeys related to sports • Designing the graphic interactions of the Tag Heuer watches and Apple Watch interfaces • Managing the production of graphic elements for various functionalities • Operating the links between the different collaborators and teams • Adapting the golf application to Android use cases. • Creating new screens and user journeys related to golf • Improving the Tag Heuer watches and Apple Watch interfaces for Golf • Participating in user testing phases in the field

With the Covid virus becoming a lesser story, I was able to join Club Med team again in early 2021 to restart the engine and help them rethink their customer account offer.

While the world was stoping to work fine in 2020, I had the chance to help from my lock down desk a brand making sense to me : Salomon. My work was to imagine a new commercial showcase for this iconic french sport brand. Between graphic proposals, user paths and user interfaces conception and design system edition, I used to have a cross-sectional approach.

At the end of 2018, I was offered to join the Club Med digital team with the aim of supporting them in structuring a design division and leading a major project to improve interfaces and user journeys. For 2 years and until a virus stroke, I notably: • Formalized the components to unify the graphic styles used • Improved the various screens and user journeys (B2C) • Participated in the preparation of user tests • Designed a new, modern and dynamic Club Med showcase • Revisited and simplified the purchasing tunnel in order to make it more versatile • Optimized mobile uses and boosted sales (+8% sales over 2 years) • Designed a new search system and boosted the ER of the shopping cart (+14%)
