Projet Hibiscus : Dans le cadre de la cession de 2 filiales à BPCE : - Construction et suivi du chronogramme des différentes équipes (MOE, MOA, Gestion, Comptable, Juridique) - Préparation de l'extraction des données comptables des 2 filiales (SQL) - Préparation de l'extractions des données de gestion de l'outil EKIP - Envoi de ces données via un canal sécurisé le jour de la cession - Accompagnement post cession (envois de données correctives) - Décommissionnement des filiales dans les outils et flux Franfinance post cession

Projet Ambition Epargne (Pépite) : Migration des flux comptables vers la nouvel outil comptable CODA. Mise en place de flux comptables depuis l’outil de gestion KELIA (épargne salariale), paramétrage de l’interpréteur comptable AIS, et rapprochement de la comptabilité/gestion entre l’ancienne et la nouvelle solution. Ce travail a été fait pour différentes filiales du groupe (MHP/SICAPI, Médicis, MHRS): • De la rédaction de la note de cadrage à la livraison en production • Conduite d’ateliers avec les différentes équipes • Animation de COMOP et de COPIL • Management du Backlog et Planning des Sprints • Recette de bout en bout pour chaque filiale Projet Migration CODA Cloud : Montée de version de la V14 vers la version en Cloud de CODA proposé par la société prestataire • Phase de cadrage • Atelier de chiffrage avec la société externe et les métiers • Planification du projet (calendrier des livraisons, des tests, du parallèle Run, …) • Priorisation des éléments à livrer • Phase de développement • PMO (suivi budgétaire, des jours ouvrés facturés par la société externe, projection et suivi d’avancement …)

Regulatory projects : FATCA, AEOI and FICOVIE The cooperation between the US and the world (FACTA), and between the countries of the OECD (AEOI) is going through the transparency for the fiscal data concerning the clients of the banks/insurances. Those files regroup the mandatory data wanted by the different governments. Ficovie as the same spirit, but for the French government. This work was done in the name of the Amundi’s client banks (Crédit Agricole Assurance & AGRICA). • Splitting of the project into sprints • Establishment of join workshops then internally in order to draft the studies of the requirements • Delivering of the specifications, drafting of testing campaigns, validation campaign, releases • Workshop with to the business team to explain the changes • Production monitoring • Planning, budget monitoring Production support for Oracle database (SQL) • Many statistics extractions are done from the oracle database. • Update of extraction • Creation of new ones • New files had to be upload into the database. • New RSS subscription • Creation of tables • Modificaions of Views

Pacte projects: As part of the law Pacte , which creates a new employee savings product, EPSENS (in conjunction with CMES, GES CMCIC, Euro Information and Groupama) is updating its main management tool. This work is done in relation with the other companies mentioned, with a sharing of needs, EDB writing and specs, as well as the validation. In parallel, internal tools must be adapted in order to allow for proper accounting operations, but also to update websites, send a correct IFU, etc. • Drafting of the framework note • Splitting of the project in sprints • Establishment of joint workshops then internally in order to draft the studies of the need • Validation of the technical specifications, drafting of validation campaigns, validation, releases • Workshop to support change in the professions • Production monitoring • Planning, budget monitoring • Legal watch then update of the IFU (2561 ter)

OSERIS project: Implementation of an analysis tool for risky manual entries concerning eight SG perimeters including BDDF, SGCIB and SGSS, ... • Collection of criterias from the teams of the financial departments of the various companies of the SG France group (BDDF, SGSSS, SGCIB, etc.) then to the foreign subsidiaries BRD & Rossbank • Development of specifications, specifications, acceptance specifications and tests of new versions of the tool based on business feedback and their development requests • Implementation of PowerBI model for graphical data reading • Support and training for new people entering the project and using feedback Equity securities project: Implementation of an equity securities management tool (VisualOne), in order to limit manual entries and automate accounting processes, make monitoring and management more reliable, reduce operational risk. • Collection of requirements from the teams of the accounting teams, on the tool and the accounting schemes • Writing of the specifications then sharing with the publisher for the desired evolutions of the software package, • Writing of the acceptance specifications and testing of new versions • Drafting of the mapping tool between the raw data coming out of the tool and RDJ (setting up of automatic accounting), • Management of the publisher relationship
