Pendant 8 ans chez Fifty, j’ai piloté la conception, le développement et l’évolution d’un produit SaaS utilisé par des dizaines de milliers d’utilisateurs, dans des contextes allant de startups en croissance à des grands groupes aux contraintes fortes (sécurité, RGPD, processus). Mon rôle a évolué avec l’entreprise : d’un CTO très hands-on, impliqué dans le développement et l’architecture, à un rôle plus transverse mêlant stratégie technique, culture produit et structuration des équipes. Ce que j’y ai concrètement fait • Construction et scalabilité de la stack : architecture, performance, fiabilité, gestion de la dette technique sur un produit en forte croissance. • Management et organisation : équipe tech d’environ 10 personnes, mise en place de modes de fonctionnement favorisant l’autonomie et la responsabilité. • Culture produit : travail en Shape Up, arbitrage entre enjeux business, produit et techniques, avec un fort focus sur l’impact réel des livraisons. • Environnements exigeants : intégration chez des grands comptes, sujets de sécurité, conformité RGPD, fiabilité et gouvernance, avec des attentes élevées côté métier. • Décisions structurantes : priorisation, arbitrages techniques, accompagnement de phases de croissance, de refonte ou de stabilisation. Ce que cette expérience m’a appris • Travailler à l’interface tech / produit / business, sans silos. • Être opérationnel sans perdre la vision d’ensemble. • Savoir quand coder, quand structurer, et quand décider. The articles are analysed based on key words/expressions using an algorithm.
