Intro
Hello, I'm Clément, product designer with 10+ years across product, business and design systems. I built the design function at Nasdaq-listed NRC Health from scratch: a first team of three, a centralized design system, analytics strategy, AI features and design to code flows... Before that, I was lead designer at Episource (now Optum), where, among others, I took an AI medical-coding interface from alpha to production.
