Recruited as the sole Anglo-Saxon to lead project streams for English-speaking client Management Consultant for a Project domains included Mobilization, Program Management, Purchasing and Sales & Marketing for a client in the Automotive Industry spanned Europe, North America and Asia. • Led cross-cultural teams in multiple locations to identify cost saving opportunities and to pilot a program management tool. • Planned and executed a world-wide event for 2000 employees in 11 countries, generating enthusiasm for global change initiatives. • Identified savings opportunities and drafted an action plan to reach first-year gain of 6%, which was achieved. • Recommended changes to streamline sales process, resulting in clearer job roles among the sales team. • Implemented a system for mastering development costs ($75 million globally) involving obtaining buy-in and contribution from the engineering community in North America.

Sole Anglo-Saxon in an all-French team, principally responsible for communication with the client. • Member of a team charged with building a financial model aimed at achieving 3-year sales objectives. • Trained 15 sales staff on a financial model to improve staff’s ability to measure where were in sales forecast so could make appropriate adjustments.

• Oversaw partner development projects such as role definitions, evaluations, and candidate submissions. • Conducted research regarding potential merger candidate law firms in Brazil and Greece. • Managed President’s/Director’s time and organizational system during highly volatile merger situation.
