In direct report to the CPO and cofounder, I created and scaled the developer experience squad, helping Prismic make x4 on user base and ARR in 3 years. On a daily basis I was in charge to structure the product vision around our identified opportunities and build an OKR plan for my squad to deliver on this vision while driving impact to our users and the business. For each opportunity identified on the roadmap, I was leading priorization, discovery (user research, design, tests and experiments) and delivery. Once implemented I was monitoring KPIs on adoption, retention, and satisfaction of our features while making sure our business goals were met. I implemented in my team a 1 week sprints approach to maximize our ability to make impact fast and delivery value frequently. Achievements: weekly downloads of SliceMachine from 2k to >30k, grew user satisfaction from 3.6/5 to 4.4/5, onboarding conversion +10%. Grew the team up to 12 people.
