Spearheaded the development of Plenum’s internal AI infrastructure, including a proprietary RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system for real-time financial analysis, as well as a document intelligence platform automating risk data extraction across CAT Bond Funds. Delivered a full-cycle consulting mandate from technical architecture to stakeholder alignment — combining prompt engineering, NLP, and compliance-by-design. Additionally led a dedicated study on UCITS CAT Bond Funds, analyzing risk-return profiles, liquidity structures, and cross-fund benchmarking to support strategic positioning and investor communication. Outputs were used across internal reporting and client-facing presentations, in both English and German. Plenum Investments AG is a Zurich-based asset manager specializing in sustainable and insurance-linked strategies. As a recognized leader in the CAT Bond space, the firm provides uncorrelated returns to institutional investors by leveraging deep risk expertise. Contributed to audit and financial advisory projects for large institutional clients, combining regulatory precision with process automation. Designed and implemented a custom Python-VBA tool that automated critical bank confirmation workflows significantly improving speed, accuracy, and reliability. Conducted in-depth financial reviews, uncovered discrepancies, and ensured strict compliance with Group Audit standards. Supported the coordination and analysis of multi-donor funding strategies in the education sector across the DRC. Collaborated with key international stakeholders (UKAID, AFD, EU, World Bank) to produce a comprehensive funding map, and led data visualization efforts using SPSS and Tableau for official UN and government reports. Developed analytical tools to track the efficiency of financing flows, highlighting disparities between committed budgets and actual disbursements. Also designed a communication dashboard to streamline planning and content rollout on social platforms.
