Introduction
Technical Product Owner at ARTE, I lead complex digital initiatives at the intersection of product, technology, and distribution. My role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams and partners to ensure the reliability, scalability, and coherence of digital platforms, particularly across Smart TV, web, and video ecosystems. I am known for a systems thinking approach, focusing on understanding interactions between teams, technologies, and organizational structures in order to improve delivery efficiency and operational flow. Key areas of expertise include: • Leading strategic digital initiatives • Cross-functional coordination across product, tech, data, and partners • Improving delivery processes and organizational efficiency • Functional and technical design of digital platforms • Managing external development partners • Video platforms, Smart TV environments, and distribution • Continuous improvement and platform scalability Before joining ARTE, I led digital projects for major public institutions and large organizations (SNCF, EDF, CNRS, DGFiP, etc.). I am particularly interested in the transformation of technology organizations, the improvement of delivery flows and large-scale product architectures, and the integration of new tools — especially AI — into production environments.
