As a PM for Service Product Enablement I am responsible for managing, schedule and scope the various projects we have. I manage the relationship with key executives and stakeholders of the various IBM teams who are seeking to create new Web Applications. The Scrum Master position requires ensuring the Agile/Scrum rules are respected and also helping my teams continuously improve and develop quality products. I’m here to support them in every problem they run into and also remove impediments. I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, communicate with Product Owner and other stakeholders. My position involved continuous analysis of team's effort and efficiency in a constant need of improvement, not only due to the Agile environment but also due to our whole team spirit oriented towards improvement. Main responsibilities: • Track and report on projects milestones, provide status reports; • Continuously keeping track of the process changes; • Acting as a focal point for clients; • Chairing meetings with the teams and stakeholders; • Make sure the deadlines are kept; • Recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources; • Accountable for project results; • Clearly communicate expectations to team members; • Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis; • Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members; • Continually seek to improve project performance thus assisting in maintaining a competitive edge for further development. This may include identification of new methods and technology; • Involved in the bid process for new opportunities and deals; • Provide sizing and effort estimates for new opportunities and deals; • Forecasting and managing the apportionment of Team members.

Project name: SalesOne Mobile for iPad Project description: SalesOne is the global repository of marketing and sales information and sales aids for Global Technology Services products and solutions. The mobile version accessed on Maas 360 Secure Browser provides you a safe way to view and read confidential files and content.. Main responsibilities: • Analyze Functional and UI (User Interface) requirements of the project • Create Test Plans and provide estimations • Identify risks and provide mitigation plan. Escalate issues on timely manner to management. • Review test deliverables, defects, test results created by team members. • Create test reports • Manage Testers work, ensure testing is completed on time • Resolve conflicts arising between team members or/with external team members • Keep team members motivated. • Ensure testing team is following testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as documented in Test Approach. • Ensure Exit Criteria is met. • DEMO the product deliverable to stakeholders.

Project name: Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager 4.1.1.0 Project description: IBM Tivoli® Storage FlashCopy® Manager software provides fast application-aware backups and restores leveraging advanced snapshot technologies in IBM storage systems. Roles & responsibilities: I am part of the QA team for the Business Products division. Besides designing, maintaining and executing test cases, I am also developing and maintaining the automated tests (using Perl and Selenium IDE) for the applications under test Main responsibilities: • Review technical requirements, design documents and prepare test plans and checklists for assigned projects. • Involved on testing the new functionalities based on test cases and collaborate with development team in fixing the issues. • To execute an agreed set of test cases, in line with the test plan and development schedule, clearly and accurately reporting test results. • Re-test bugs when they are re-submitted into the test environment and provide sign-off or remedial action recommendations. • Testing critical bug fixes including critical fixes and collaborate with developers in release of bug fixes along strict timelines. • Defects are tracked, reviewed, analyzed and compared using the internal bug tracker (RQM, RTC, CMVC) • Manage time so that the release candidate is ready for delivery before deadlines • Participate at Daily Scrum meetings
