Lead the architecture and delivery of all digital products in the Norwegian market, including customer-facing platforms, fleet tools, internal logistics, and B2B portals. Managed the full post-M&A technology transition from ALD to Drivalia, including switching all employees to Google Workspace, replacing laptops, and leading change management and IT support. Owned the rollout and integration of key systems: Jira, Figma, contract e-signature, document archiving, and third-party platforms. Piloted and launched a mobile app for B2B and private lease drivers: ideation, UX/UI (Figma), API integration, and vendor selection. Rebuilt the car return logistics webapp and the fleet management customer portal — improving UX, scalability, and operations through clean architecture and third-party API integration. Designed and delivered a new OEM lease quotation system for Drivalia Finland, fully aligned with local tax/regulation — enabling transborder product export. Ran a connected car vendor tender, built an ROI case, and successfully procured a preferred supplier to improve operational margin. Integrated Norway into a new group auction platform, adapting local workflows and regulatory alignment. Reworked the partner-facing lease calculator to enable full OEM integration (API) and support international leasing partnerships.

Developed and deployed automation scripts and bots across customer service, finance, retail, and operations using RPA technologies and APIs. Created automated used car listings for the retail business by integrating with the Norwegian national vehicle registry API. Built bots to automate supplier communication and update delivery dates for vehicles affected by the semiconductor shortage — improving customer service accuracy. Automated car order placement and fuel card issuance, reducing lead time and human error in onboarding new customers. Created Power BI dashboards to visualize automation savings and help business units track performance of automated workflows. Delivered daily accounting reports through RPA-driven data extraction from internal finance systems. Collaborated on project managment including: E-signature platform integration for digital contract workflows Logistics and leasing return webapp with end-to-end tracking (customer return, third-party assessment, repairs, and damage billing) Acted as local IT liaison for the Denmark regional hub, ensuring coordination between on-site and central teams.

The association organize all the company-related event of the school (such as the Career Fair, Alumni Fair, Apprenticeship Fair etc...). Our goal is to ease professional integration for the student. For my mandate i pursue my goal to expand the association activities beyond the university border. I push every member to lead their idea of project for the association. And help them realize and achieve it from scratch, offering them my experience. For the first time the association have partners whom provides us some formation, visits of company, and work conference, which i have to manage. I re-organized the inner structure of the association. Creating some specific workstations, such as a community manager for the communication pole for exemple, also giving specific work for everyone. I also re-build our recruitment interviews and selection, to select people on their abilities to work on one of our pole. We expanded our work on an national and international, consolidating our relation with other association such as @DeVinciJunior or @EllesBougent All this work improve my capacities of leadership, teamwork, management and organisation.

International Pole and Member of the board of directors In my pole we made statistics about all the international internship (of my students school) of the past decade. We have created maps for students helping them to find internship abroad. Also we have pointed out some country where we can make specific mission to reinforce the internship opportunities. Thus we created a Career Fair in Dublin and contacted compagnies abroad, suggesting internship for the students.
