Development of ultrasound connected meters for smart metering systems & utilities market: - In charge of the product integration and performance, from feasibility until industrialisation and production - Responsible for the product configuration and pre-series capabilities - Creation and management of the Integration team (4p) - Transversal management of multi-competency programs (core team 20p): R&D (electronics, software, mechanics & fluidics), Validation, Industrialisation, Quality - Technology survey and competitive intelligence, five patents delivered Achievements: three products developed and released on market.

Development of piezoelectric sensors, acoustics and metrology of static ultrasonic meters for smart metering systems & utilities market. Achievements: piezoelectric sensors developed with several suppliers (multi-sourcing), a new static and sensitive metering platform.

Analysis and optimisation of the liner surface topography for combustion engines. ADEME project in collaboration with PSA, Renault, Total, Mecachrome and ENSMM: - Surface texture images analysis and processing (mathematical morphology) - 3D digital modelling (Vtk) of the segment – liner hydrodynamic contact (CFD) - Optimisation of new surface textures via parametric or evolutionary algorithms (AI) - Project management, presentations at international conferences, publications Achievements: - A “digital tribometer” for hydrodynamic contacts characterization - New liner surface textures optimized to reduce consumption
