I work to enhance communication between IT and business units, driving better alignment and improving project outcomes. Additionally, I spearhead process automation initiatives, aim at boosting efficiency and supporting the evolving needs of the business. My responsibilities also include organizational mapping of internal and external stakeholders to streamline project execution, as well as designing and implementing internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
