• Developed a complete Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from scratch to manage inventory, blueprint-based quoting system, timesheets, data reporting, gemstone approval management, etc. • Served as a member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic and financial decisions from 2017. Established and led Agile workshops and training sessions across all departments. • Successfully delivered ad hoc projects including the construction and design of a significant portion of the company's website, the CMS, and the e-commerce solution. • Procured and set up a majority of the IT infrastructure, from IP phones to an IBM M4 versatile server early in the role. • Interviewed, recruited, and supervised 3 junior developers.
