For almost 4 years, I've worked on the B2B e-commerce website of Manomano. In less than 2 years, I've seen the design team grow from 5 people (3 designers + 2 User Researchers) to +25 talented coworkers. Over this period of time, I've had the opportunity to cover a large range of missions/teams such as : • Cross Sell I Most impactful set of features to boost AOV, A2C by upselling customers or helping them to buy 2+ products that fits together thanks to algorithmic recommendations • Sustainability I How to help visitors find the right product for their energetic renovation or home improvement?
