Intervene during the pre-sales phase with our customers, covering areas such as purchasing, production, accounting/finance, CRM, sales management, stock management, payroll, etc. Analyze customer needs, organize demonstrations, propose tailored solutions, and create commercial offers. Support the customer through the offer signing process and ensure ongoing commercial follow-up throughout the project. Contribute to the definition of the company’s commercial policy. Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
