LandmarkConnect is a (B2B) property platform (PaaS) – bringing Valuation, Estate Agent, and Conveyancer hubs closer together via shared data. By connecting people, reports, cases and insights organisations get the transparency and confidence needed to move faster and easier through the transactional pipeline.

Treasury Spring is scale-up FTF cash-investment disruptor that offers broader access, diversification and managed risk to self-liquidating, high interest institutional funds. I delivered on new core feature set, a Figma & Confluence based design system (with Storybook, Chromatic), client-facing portal refactor (inc. site architecture), innovated a data-driven webapp (Google AppScript, Forms, Sheet, Meaningcloud and Text2Data AI integrations) for structured client feedback with AI sentiment analysis, a suite of Figma plug-ins and interaction templates. I also initiated Marketing, Sales, Legal, Tech and Ops to Figma adoption (marketing now executing X10 faster without quality loss). Also, user testing and product owner duties: requirements, scope, feasibility, sign-offs.

Client SLT coordination to ensure commercial and strategic levers are layered into the consumer experience.

Research engagement with a squad of BA, Platform SME (Salesforce) and Data Scientist (PowerBI/MS Excel/ML) for this consultancy's global energy client. Quant data acquired via Salesforce and wide-sample surveys backed by qual-based contextual interviews. Data sort and analysis via consider.ly platform.

Supply chain risk management for organisations primarily in the construction, facilities, transport and energy end-markets. Working with the SMT on this SaaS SCM platform at scale, serving a network of over 50,000 suppliers and 4,000 buyers. Leading design across both BAU and Growth workstreams, growing designers and closing the gap between Design and Front End agile squads.

Jato provide a SaaS platform to deliver data-driven products to the automotive industry, across both B2B and B2C segments. My objective is to build a sustainable internal UX function, with standardised tooling and processes. We are achieved this by using Figma over Sketch, prototypes over statics, and fully integrating user testing capabilities to make data-informed decisions that position the customer's experiences firmly inside the delivery pipeline.

I worked with their client from the luxury sector, derisking the build and bringing acute GDPR/ePriv technical acumen to help achieve their CRM data capture goals. Also innovated with Klarna, WeChat and Whatsapp for Business. Mentored UI designers and created new lines of service.

ipagoo is an FCA regulated fintech company offering white-label banking (BaaS), Open Banking and Mobile Payments services. Consumed Open Banking consent flow technical guidelines with zero SME support. Original go-to-market product was a monolithic, unscalable codebase which was being redeveloped for a new microservices-driven architecture. (* ipagoo went insolvent due to operational issues from before my time there)

Working on Three UK's Broadband and 5G proposition workstreams, integrating a new aquisition partner asset. Guiding a small scrum team, and working with the wider UX community inside Three to raise visibility of component availability. Future-proofed the team's design work with data-driven templates (React.js) and innovated new tools (kopie.io) into the production pipeline to reduce delivery friction.

Working on next-gen journalist/content creation experience for ESI Media group including a mobile app, advanced AI and semantic media integration (Social embeds, accessible HTML embeds). Product built on open source stack (using Meteor, React) with a headless CMS and mobile optimised front-end.

Brilliant Basics (London) is the global HQ of Infosys internal Digital Studio, specialising in CX/UX/Service. Tasked on pharmatec client project with the aim of surfacing risk/status earlier within the product development pipe of the client's org.

Lead UX on an FS project for MENA based client. Includes workshop with senior bank stakeholders in Manama, Bahrain. Collaboration with Backbase (tech partner) and Monzo advisors on the client side.

Discovery, Early Validation, Sizing and Market fit across a B2B/B2C proposition via ultra-fidelity functional mobile prototype combined with SystemsThinking, Service Journey mapping, Lean UX and UT. Features include voice input (using custom JS to extend Axure) and Conversational User Interface (CUI) - leveraging the mass adoption of Chat patterns/behaviour so users can transact more efficiently.

Successfully helped this client out of a DigiTrans rut, weaning them off their agency addiction [with reduced TCO/opex] and teaching the Digital team how to work Lean [prototypes], facilitating meaningful workshops with their senior stakeholders, thinking and working as a true cross-functional team. Designed the future User Experience for all of the major London private hospitals under HCA by working directly with their CEO's and Marketing functions to capture their USPs while making their value props validate by running extensive UT. Also instigated a scalable Hypothesis Driven Development method across the Analytics team and UX, to reduce cost and risk while increasing quality and the value of UX to the business. A by-product of this UX approach is that whims, assumptions and inappropriate stakeholder design ideas get replaced with informed, evidence-driven design that punch hard in terms of value generation for both users and the business. We worked without SME/Domain support, so a Clinician-level of medical technical understanding was needed to make the project work. Extreme in it's challenges (medical business taxonomies, sector vernacular) we tackled it with an ontological guide which had a searchable knowledgebase of terminology to help the whole team.

Working from just their logo alone, I designed and built a one-pager for this data-driven FS sector Compliancetech client. Using Bootstrap to accelerate development we achieved a responsive Single Page App to help get their imminent deal over the line. Which they did. I also created a whole brand ID for them during that 12 hour day. Nice guys.

Working directly with a contract Product Owner and Business Owner/Startup Founder using ultra-Lean techniques to execute a brand ID, trailer/promo film and consumer-facing website (Squarespace build). We rocked Agile with high-vis tasks and shifting allocation based on the project realities. We also executed on physical product samples, socials strategy, blog/content strategy, endorsement/affiliation and company comms to target retailer partners for B2B propositions.

Redesigned, signed-off a global logistics client site - in one week. Achieved this by using hourly, high fidelity functional mockups (Axure) in sprints - with twice a day check-ins with the client team while consuming high volume of SME/sector intel. Using cinemagraph technology, we showed how this client "never sleeps" and is constantly consuming data to drive it's business forward into new markets.

Lead UX contract role delivering a new digital platform across transactional web, social platform, apps and aspects of offline CX. Agile approach, mapping requirements to user journeys and wireframing a complex ecosystem for technical validation with off-shore dev suppliers. Role included significant stakeholder interaction, presentations, prototyping, visual design (inc. guidelines), content strategy and reporting while working in a team comprised of Delivery Manager, Community Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Architect, and Visual Designer. Role required delivering the best possible design offset against time, resource, commercial and technical complexities/constraints.

Multi-agency, multi-disciplinary innovation project for EY.

UX Consultant/Designer (Manager Grade) inside the Customer/Digital Ops teams and Emerging Tech teams successfully, for 2 years. Worked (and led workstreams) across large digital transformation projects including: Gov (Local + Central), FinServs, Health, Education, Property, and Tech. Helped forge the UX capability across processes, structure, propositions, comms and tooling. Also worked on Salesforce and G.Cloud-driven wapps with external Dev partners.

UXD role for Rockpool's retail Travel Sector client, with B2B/B2C aspects. Tasked with prototyping experiences (Axure) across Desktop, Tablet and Mobile, for a Customer Account facility. Also market research, UT input, competitive analysis, Native App redesign, and visual design - working in a team consisting of Client Services, UX Director, Strategist, BA, Lead Dev-Ops and Lead Visual Designer. Project achieved Checkpoint 01 Client Sign-off, on time.

UXD working on Nike+ Apps, sketching user journeys, creating interactive flow prototypes in Axure, working in a large distributed team of PM's, Visual Designers, Product Owners, and Nike internal UX. Looking at Wearables integration into a complex ecosystem of aggregating and visualising Tracking-Data via Partner (other Nike products) and 3rd-Party apps. Also, sole UXD on Nike Football app tasked to produce a UX Audit, Recommendations, Visual Mockups, enhanced On-boarding/Sign-up flow with UI changes, improved Social Permissioning flow (Pre-Permissioning pattern).

Prototyping (In Axure) the redesign of an App (RWD/Hybrid build) - a digital content distribution product, across a global user-base with several user-types. Defining Frequent and Infrequent tasks, creating/reducing friction accordingly, and exploring interaction patterns that engender the Product Attributes: Simple, Fast, Friendly, Useful.

FX Multi-Device (Adaptive) Project for American Express. Functional Spec (InDesign), Wireframing (statics > Illustrator), Interaction mapping, Project Management, Briefing & working with Visual Designers, File-naming & Folder Structure, liaision with client BA's/Dev Team.

Sketches, wireframes and early visual design for a Sony YouTube 'Gadget' page, in a repositioning of Sony's European presence. I delivered interaction mapping and prototypes, taking into account tablet and smartphone usage. Also worked on Jaguar/Landrover Google Sites design and build, delivering sitemaps, wireframe templates/content maps, and creating page templates on the Google Sites platform.

Contract UxD at the BBC Academy, I worked on a range of projects from BBC Academy Courses to a Resource Scheduling Software redesign project. Over a 4 month period, my involvement spanned: · User Testing · Interaction Prototyping (Axure) · Visual Design · Accessibility Reviews · Production Templates, Mapping and Documentation · Efficiency Drives · Logo/ID Concept Design · Stakeholder Management · Agile Environment I actively contributed to the wider GEL team (Global Experience Language), and also produced a BBC Branding Department case-study project, along with designing well-received identity concepts for the New York Times/BBC co-hosted Social Media Conference (SMS 2014).

Contract IxD at RedWorks/Ogilvy - working with their IxD's and Project Team to adapt Desktop visual designs to Mobile (Smartphone) Layouts, for a Public Health England national roll-out. Facilitated a tappable in-device prototype of a core journey to examine mobile flow, navigation and multiphase (progressive disclosure) interaction.

Contract UxD at Amaze.com - working in a multi-agency team, on a Global Social Platform for a major multinational client, with brand assets in the FMCG sector. Duties involved designing and planning interaction patterns that align with the projects' Business Objectives, and production of a Launch Scope Functional Specification.
