Developed tools, processes, and organization for Plan, Source, and Procure modules, including a pilot in Hungarian plants. Defined and set up the 'global product hierarchy' program and its data definition principles, processes, and governance to combine global operation, product line, and R&D data structures, enhancing communication and value chain efficiency. Implemented Finance and Sales Global setup using integrated SAP solutions and supported Siemens (Teamcenter) Global Project implementation. Managed Product Lifecycle and modularization implementations following R&D initiatives. Defined Global architectural Master Data foundations for SAP transition and set up new B2B and B2C data definition platforms.

Strategically improved the supply system through standardization of benchmark methods and processes. Operationally managed the supply chain from sales plan to plant logistics, fulfilling sales companies' demand. Led a team of 4 direct reports, focusing on operational responsibility development and best-in-class supply chain processes. Defined and executed all EMEA Supply Chain business analyses and reports. Defined and drove the foundation and execution of a complexity reduction program. Defined new supply chain tools, ensuring data integrity, and tested/validated their communication concepts with consumers and customers.

Given the appreciated job done for setting up the IT digital operations for Europe South, I was offered to move to this role, to structure, manage and define the EMEA digital Product Launch Process supporting the newly created Industrial Operation EMEA Management team. In addition, I took part in defining:  The set of tools systems and reports used for the KPI dashboard and senior management follow up  System specification translation from gathered business requirements and have them translated into clear IT deliverable.  The first EMEA online BI Launching budget investments reporting systems (first time moving from manual excel budget and investments away from traditional)  The Creation of a common platform for managing and feeding the local Factories Product Launches  The Functional reporting resources in the main EMEA countries

Played a pivotal role in Electrolux 's strategic IT Integration program, structuring the first digital operational integration for the Europe South cluster (Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany). Focused on full End-to-End data collection from factory fields, managing all factory software procedures from data transmission to collection across production, assembly, and warehousing. Provided technical support for automation and engineering software, standardizing information processes. Additionally, supported the entire supply chain, from raw materials to components, to streamline logistics and internal factory handling.
