Within the Orange Group design department, and more specifically the B2B Design operational management. - Orange Téléphone - Orange Téléphone is the Orange "phone" application, present on all smartphones sold by the brand and downloadable on different stores. My missions: • Defining user paths for the next Community Reverse Directory feature • Designing screens and testing of proposed solutions with users. (mobile and desktop) • Take part in the continuous improvement and the general evolution of the service - The B2B Users Observatory - The objective of the observatory is to improve the knowledge of the behaviours of B2B Orange users / customers and to identify their needs (in particular non-conscious) in order to discover new opportunities. My missions : • Defining a new methodological approach based on a "Double Diamond" process (design thinking) in order to be able to quickly arrive at convergent and transversal deliverables • Appropriations of the different studies in order to co-build coherent and useful deliverables to the designers on the various projects of the service • Use and evangelization of these deliverables within projects

Contribute to the transformation of the Société Générale Group under the prism of collaborative learning through the use of creative methods (UX, Gamification, Innovation Games, Design Thinking) and the development of interfaces facilitating the self-production experience of multimedia content. My missions: - Animation of design thinking workshops with our users and stakeholders. - Co Owner of the UX method improved by gamification, built in open innovation (internal collaborators, Cac-40 and startups) for the group. - Accompaniment of transversal projects by bringing a user centered vision (Profiling and Personas, Usertesting, Experience Map, Blueprint, Prioritization by efficiency, ...). - Iterative development of an internal interactive platform designed to support the group's educational engineers when taking business training needs. - Iterative development of an anchoring game editor for the group.
