Activities (in addition to Product Owner duties) : - Serve as the HR manager for the development team, overseeing developers and testers, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Ensure the implementation of development processes within the team and for the product, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements. - Support team members' professional development through coaching, performance reviews, and regular feedback.

Activities: - Develop Process Analytical Technology (PAT) software focused on Raman spectroscopy, collaborating closely with the product marketing team to define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives. - Define and track development priorities to ensure timely and effective delivery of product features and enhancements. - Gather requirements from users to identify needs and translate them into clear functional specifications for the development team. - Serve as the Agile/Scrum reference for the development team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting Agile best practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.

Activities: - Work on Clinical trial software, for eCOA management - Gather requirements from internal and external users to ensure the product meets business needs and user expectations. - Act as one of the product experts, providing expertise and guidance to sales teams, clients, and internal operational teams utilizing the solution. - Take ownership of the product by actively participating in defining the roadmap, setting development priorities, and managing the backlog to align with strategic goals. - Review and validate testing plans from the product validation team, ensuring thorough evaluation and quality assurance. - Collaborate effectively in an Agile (Scrum) environment, facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team to drive continuous improvement.

Activities: - Oversee the comprehensive data management activities for clinical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Manage the data management activities (eCOA) across multiple clinical studies, ensuring effective data collection and analysis. - Lead and manage a team of six professionals, including planning schedules and conducting performance reviews to foster team development and efficiency. - Maintain and manage departmental documentation and quality processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
