Service Performance • Hold end-to-end accountability for the performance of ATC air-to-ground communication services, working closely with the service operations team to maintain high availability and efficiency. • Engage in key industry initiatives, including SESAR research programs, contributing to air/ground data communication technologies such as Multilink and IP-based communications. • Participate in global standardization efforts, influencing industry-wide protocols and practices. Sales and Business Development Support • Partner with the sales team during RFI/RFP processes, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership to secure new business opportunities. • Lead the technical bid team in charge of technical proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational capabilities. • Conduct detailed effort assessments, cost evaluations, and risk. Oversee a portfolio of projects, owning overall responsibility for their successful on time completion and delivery to business case (TCV from 300 kUSD to 5 million USD). Lead a team of project and technical professionals to handle multiple projects in parallel on-time, on-scope and in line with revenue/margin objectives. Ensure coordination with various involved stakeholders covering both technical and operational aspects. Allocate resources to projects in the portfolio effectively based on pipeline(s) in terms of both cost and headcount (including external resources) Monitor project risks and review project performance, including financial aspects through projects P&L. Some projects: - Nigeria, NAMA. Deployment of FANS ADS/CPDLC systems for the two Nigerian control centers in Lagos and Kano. - Brazil, DECEA. Deployement of datalink departure clearance systems in 24 airports. - Spain, AENA. Deployment of multiple datalink front end processors (DL-FEP) under a virtualized environment, providing CPDLC capability to the five Spanish ACCs. - USA, Harris. Delivery of a FANS communication gateway part of the Harris DCNS program. - UAE, ADAC. Deployment of a D-ATIS system for Al Ain International airport.

As a project manager, to organize and ensure the successful achievement of various external customer oriented projects (Contract value from 100ke to 1.5 Me). Responsible for the delivery on time/at cost and with customer satisfaction. Accountable to bid/commercial teams during pre-contract phase.
