- Led S/4HANA end-to-end implementation across SD, MM, WMS, FI/CO and MES; coordinated cross-functional streams and vendors; controlled risks/budget and delivery milestones. - Owned governance: plan, RAID, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and executive reporting across workstreams. - Ensured delivery readiness through SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare stabilization.

- Led IS transformations in Upstream division for acquisitions, merges and sell-offs (PMI / carve-out): process harmonization, SoW, acceptance phases, deployment governance. - SAP ECC & S/4 delivery across FI/CO (incl. JVA), SD, MM + integrations (banking, DMS, private cloud), incl. Mexico e-invoicing. - Managed global rollouts and vendor landscape across multiple countries; ensured business/IT alignment and controlled cutover/hypercare. Key deliverables: • Carve-out / PMI delivery across acquisitions, merges and sell-offs: process harmonization, readiness, and deployment governance. • SAP ECC & S/4 delivery across FI/CO (incl. JVA), SD, MM; controlled cutover and hypercare. • Integrations with banking, DMS and cloud services; aligned data & interface dependencies. • Implemented Mexico e-invoicing; supported release management and rollout template consolidation. • Delivered intercompany flows and tax-optimized operating processes post-takeover; led change management. • Managed teams, vendors and budgets across multi-country deployments (USA, Mexico, Qatar, Romania, Denmark, UK, Angola, Mozambique, UAE, etc.).
