Introduction
I am a French/Brazilian print and textile designer with over 17 years of experience, specializing in both digital and handmade illustration artwork, having designed for localized and repeated prints, washes and dyes, Jacquards and knit for both Men’s and Womens. As an artist, I have had solo and group exhibitions in Paris and in Brazil, and my work has been featured on the covers of Vogue and Elle magazines. I believe that my unique point of view comes from being a classically trained painter, coming from a family of pottery painters, as well as a graphic designer very connected to contemporary culture and technology. This mix has given me, not only the technical knowledge around textile innovation, composition and printing, but also an artistic sensibility for color and composition. I have been privileged enough to work closely and learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to show my work.

I co-founded this company to explore new technologies and techniques in print and fabric design for RTW and Jersey. I had been working as both a design team member and manager at various luxury brands and felt the need to explore and innovate further. I decided to change my relationship with the market and focus more on research and consulting and starting my own company allowed me the space to achieve this. Going beyond what I had seen previously in the market, I managed to preserve the artistic sensibility of traditional painting and mix it with new technological experiments and developments, leading me to work with international brands, such as Galliano, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, New Balance and many others. My main role was to lead and manage the research, experiment and design with potential innovative technologies, train, coordinate and engage an international team of talented print designers, work directly with the directors of the brands to strategically find the best solutions to their needs. Combining my skills as a painter and Illustrator with my experience in print design, I explored 3D modelling and design scripts, coding, generative art and innovation in jacquard. I decided to leave the company, after having accumulated a number of new skills, because I felt like working as a consultant to brand only allows you to go so far into the strategic and creative planning. I wanted to work more closely with creative directors to explore the potential of a brand, and engage in a more immersive and long term strategy.

I was invited to lead the print design team at Jose Castro, and I saw it as a great opportunity to work for one of Spain's most successful designers (Castro having worked with McQueen at Givenchy, as well as being a member of the Fédération Française de Couture and winner of many different fashion awards). During this time I learnt and developed as a manager and a print designer. My job was to conceptualize and propose new concepts to visually translate the creative director's intentions for the collection, to design prints for runway and collection, but also to train the team and foster their potential as painters and Illustrators to help them evolve in their creative skills. I also oversaw all technical sheets, prepared the printer files and final artworks, co-ordinated the production calendar, liaised with printers and providers, approved prototypes, and was generally accountable for anything that was connected to the print design team.

Osklen is a luxury Brazilian brand based in my home town of Rio. My role there was primarily in print design of RTW, runways, Jersey for men's and woman's where I designed handmade and digital art. I was proud to have one of my fabric designs featured on the cover of Brazilian Vogue and Elle during my time there. In addition to my design duties, I was also involved in planning strategy and conceptualization for the collection and dealing with printers and suppliers as well as editing and finalizing prints for both sampling and production.
