Provided design and troubleshooting counseling to HCL Technologies who has been tasked to deliver a migration project for the end client NXP Semiconductors. I have provided counseling in regards to the migration methodology, risk analysis and technical challenges for migrating ESXi hypervisors, virtual machines and vCenter servers across datacenters. Additionally, I have been tasked and delivered the following: • Automated deployment of ESXi 6.0 hosts. • Designed and documented a continuously available Windows-based file-share solution based on Windows Server 2016 Scale-Out File Server. The solution has been designed to deliver a continuously available file share across two datacenters for the Citrix XenApp user profiles within the R&D environment. • Delivered a test plan and performed root cause analysis for HPE Synergy composable infrastructure.

Delivered technical design, performance tuning and validation testing for 3 projects within Nordea HQ based in Copenhagen: • Orchestrated design, documentation, validation testing and implementation for transitioning from a VMware vSphere 5.5 architecture scaled across two datacenters to a VMware private cloud architecture based on VMware vSphere 6.5, vRealize Automation 6.2, Site Recovery Manager 6.5 and VSAN 6.5 consisting of three datacenters with 2500 hypervisors and 60.000 virtual machines. • Ensured quality delivery of converged server infrastructure based on HPE Synergy through documentation and validation testing. • Performed performance tuning of existing converged server infrastructure based on Cisco UCS Platform and VMware vSphere 5.5

Provided expert counsel in the areas of project management and high-level support work, encompassing development of technical architecture and execution of migration from vSphere 5.1, vSphere 5.5 and RHEL KVM to VMware vSphere 6.0 using NetIQ PlateSpin Migrate 12.0 Tools utilized throughout project include VMware vSphere 5.1, VMware vSphere 5.5, VMware vSphere 6.0, NetIQ Platespin Migrate, MS SQl Server 2012, vRealize Operations Manager 6.2, PowerShell and PowerCLI 6.0R2, HP Bladesystem C7000, HP Virtual Connect, HP Onboard Administrator, and HP ILO.

Provided technical design but also implementation and performance tuning for two projects: • VMware Improvement for EEAS HQ datacenter, enhancing existing design based on VMware and Netapp MetroCluster and migrating from VMware vSphere 5.0 to 5.5 U2. Utilized VMware vSphere 5.5, VMware vCenter Converter, HP Virtual Connect, Netapp DataOntap, and Netapp Virtual Storage Console, MS SQL Server 2012 • Second project focused on VMware Dev&Test environment within EEAS HQ datacenter, delivering new environment for Dev&Test purposes within limited budget. Also established operations to monitor the Dev&Test environment. Technologies used included VMware vSphere 5.5, VMware vCenter Converter, HP Virtual Connect, MS SQL Server 2012, vRealize Operations, and IBM Storwize.

Delivered technical design, implementation and troubleshooting of performance issues on VMware vSphere 5 and Hyper-V 2012 production environments based in Oslo, Norway

Collaborated with multi-cultural consultant team in migrating over 1,000 physical and virtual servers to AstraZeneca's new data center within R&D headquarter in Sodertalje, Sweden. * Played a key role in successful migration of physical and virtual machines to new data center running on vSphere 5.0 and Hitachi VSP storage platform. Utilized VMware vCenter Converter. * Improved vCenter and ESXi configuration to meet architecture guidelines as well as patched and troubleshot VMware ESXi and vCenter.

Performed systems engineering within VMware team, managing thousands of computing systems distributed within data centers of ATOS customers globally. • Managed complex infrastructures belonging to multinational corporations such as Siemens, Coca Cola Hellenic, Nokia-Siemens Networks, and Deutsche Bank. • Designed, documented, implemented, and managed VMware vSphere infrastructures. • Designed, documented, deployed and managed Windows Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, MS SQL, File Servers • Configured and managed HP, Dell, Fujitsu, and IBM blades as well as rack servers. • Launched and supported disaster recovery for VMware farms. • Automated configuration changes and reports using VBScript, Python, and PowerShell. • Mitigated security loopholes by effectively managing access levels and harden the security of operating systems and applications
