At Msmpusher, we focus on helping small medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) in Africa secure repeat customers and keep them engaged through our Omni-Channel solutions. We realized that service providers in Ghana finds it difficult in securing repeat customers due to high messaging cost and are unable to effectively track messages and reports which leads to a poor customer and platform experience. We solve this problem by developing a cloud-based marketing platform that is designed to help businesses, most especially SMEs in achieving repeat customers at an affordable price and meet their business goals by having the ability to do deep analysis on report, personalize messages, and segment their audiences.
