As content manager I work with communication, SoMe, CSR and employee branding. I write texts/content for the social media that Pressalit is on. I work with written and oral communication. In my work, my focus is also on CSR initiatives and employee branding. Among other things, I use storytelling as a way to convey the message clearly.

With Aarhus as the overall case, the Winter Academy 2017 zooms in on the city and urban space and the many dilemmas, challenges and opportunities that lie in the question of how we as a society develop the sustainable, future-proof and robust city. The Winter Academy has been based on a number of concrete cases, dilemmas and challenges. The week's program has alternated between discussion presentations, case visits to urban and residential areas, dilemma workshops and more. At the Winter Academy, course participants and subject experts have tried to learn more about urban planning, urban development, mobility, behavior and digitalization in a climate and sustainable perspective.

During my fieldwork for the thesis, I made an interdisciplinary collaboration with the chairman of Vester Vedsted Forsamlingshus. I offered my anthropological insights if the village in return made itself available so that my fieldwork could be complete. We handled everything from process management and project development. We sought funds through fundraising in order to execute our local initiative, which was to gain a greater and better local understanding/identity.

I was hired as an anthropological consultant for Aarhus Sailing Club. My task was to find out how volunteerism could be spread among the club's members. I used my methodological and analytical skills, including interviews, communication and observations to arrive at the final result. The result was that volunteering among the members meant that they had to be involved right from the idea generation on the drawing board for the members themselves to participate in the many activities of the Sailing Club. To this end, I proposed solutions, focusing on strengths and weaknesses that the club needed to work on.

In 2013, Aarhus University started a project called “Mentor 2013”. This project was to follow, advise and help a group of new students. I was responsible for a group of 5-7 students, where I held individual meetings on several occasions. I had to write a monthly report describing how the project was going and whether the students thought they were getting something out of the program. During my time as a mentor, I gained insight into how study guidance, planning, coordination and communication were of great importance for the new students to feel safe and satisfied with their new studies. The real purpose was to reduce absence and dropout in the different studies.
