As a Solution Architect at Be-softilys, I collaborated with CPMs, PMs, and Tech-leaders across 24 business domains in-order to implement business scenarios oriented architecture. I also collaborated with DevOps and ProdOps teams to enhance the overall solution security and observability. • Designed and implemented key features in preparation for Go-To-Prod. • Worked with the Integration Team and impacted Domains, Tech-leaders on client-facing API endpoints to automate business workflows. • Collaborated with the DevOps Team to establish a Shift-Left paradigm, utilizing tools such as SonarLint, SonarQube, and Dependency-Track for SBOM analysis. • Improved local development environments to streamline developer productivity. • Collaborated with ProdOps to define security and observability requirements. Key Contributions: • Designed and prototyped Be-Hub, an integration gateway orchestrating microservices for GDPR-compliant API-based integration with clients' information systems. • Led workshops on Apache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns. • Worked on Kubernetes multi-cluster deployment architecture, enhancing platform security and operability. • Worked on establishing platform observability standards and tooling.

As a Senior Software Architect on the SICONIA project, I led the design and architecture of Assets management and Monitoring features across 8 teams. I led the initiative across 16 teams focused on modernizing the tech stack, enhancing scalability, performance, Data freshness and security. • Led the architecture design of the SICONIA platform’s Assets Management and Monitoring features (8 teams). • Led the optimization of Data Ingestion, re-indexing and upgrades of our Elasticsearch workload achieving up to 10x faster operations on some workloads. • Led the rewrite of Elasticsearch Data Ingestion pipelines to our in-home Elasticsearch/Opensearch client. • Designed and outlined strategies for a cloud based SaaS offering, focusing on isolation and data security. • Managed the migration of solution modules from Apache Karaf/Blueprint to Spring Boot. Key Contributions: • Designed and Developed Lib-commons-tracking, enabling business events publishing and tracking on AMQ and Kafka for analytics. Ultimately, the lib become the main datasource for Data warehouse and analytics offering. • Designed and Developed Lib-commons-esclient, an integrated in-house Elasticsearch/Opensearch client with configurable auto-batching, asynchronous operations, and build-in tracing and monitoring capabilities. • Led the upgrade of the tech stack to Java 17, Spring Boot 3.1, and Apache Camel 4.0. significantly reducing the global solution CVSS score enhancing application security. • Participated in the design of Apache Kafka as a broker for stream processing. • Supervised graduation projects on Angular 16 & Micro-frontend and Apache Flink for Complex Event Processing (CEP). PoCs that made it into the product roadmap.

Managed a team of 5 permanent developers, Domain Experts contractors, UX designer, Data Analysts, working with stakeholders to lead projects from RFP to production delivery for governmental platforms. • Designed and implemented education information systems for MEMP (Republic of Benin) and MEPS (Central African Republic). A system that streamline the management of HR, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and Education Statistics gathering and visualization according to UNICEF KPIs • Led the design and architecture of the Promines Project for the governance of the mining sector in DR Congo.

Led the SaaSification and productization of rosettaHUB, a Meta-Cloud Governance platform. Integrated AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and OpenStack for multi-cloud support. • Enhanced the platform architecture to be cloud vendor-agnostic. • Integrated tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, Scala REPL, and Apache Zeppelin. • Designed and implemented Data-sciences Workbench supporting tools and libraries for Workspace persistence and versioning.

Co-founded eArtVolution, an innovative e-Art startup in Tunisia, and was a finalist in the MIT Arab Business Plan Competition. • Participated in product ideation and business-plan outlining. • Conducted technical requirements analysis and implemented products proof-of-concept.

Managed technical projects for a SaaS Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS) in the hospitality industry. During my tenure at HSD, I helped building an in-home development team consisting of 8 collaborators. I oversaw the process bringing in-home the solution R&D and scaling CI/CD practice to multiple deployments a day.

Led revenue sharing mobile banking and payment solutions for major Tunisian banks boosting clients satisfaction and multiplying revenue by a factor of 4. Technologies: Java/JAVAEE, Web Services, Telecom Protocols (IVR, SMS Gateway, SMPP, USSD)

Provided consulting services in Java/JAVAEE and led projects such as Evatour, a distribution platform for travel agencies, and affiliations management desktop application for the National Order of Pharmacists. • Led architecture and development for an SOA-based travel agencies selling platform. • Conducted training on Java/JavaEE, JSF, Primefaces, Richfaces, and AJAX.

Designed and developed a targeted advertising platform for the Tunisian Postal Service, using J2EE technology and Weka ML.
