I joined SNCF as part of the SSI PROD in the Cyber Security Department. My role being to maintain the operational condition of the platforms deployed in order to secure the SNCF's IS. I mainly work on CyberArk, IDECSI, WSA IronPorts and ProofPoint. – Maintenance of the PAM architecture in operational condition and support of application projects. – Maintenance of the various components of the CyberArk solution in operational condition. – Continuous improvement and monitoring of RUN indicators. – Automating Recurring Tasks with PowerShell Scripts. – L2/L3 support for the company's various IT entities and business lines.

The most important activities of this mission are: – The implementation of the MQTT VerneMQ broker. – Set-up documentation. – Knowledge transfer and coaching to operators.

The MQTT Broker of AIR France is very unstable. I arrive at the client's site to study, choose and integrate a new solution. The UseCase is the display of information on airport screens as well as the notification of employees on their tablets. I work in an AGILE context in project mode while also performing support tasks (MCO). My scope also includes IBM MQ and KAFKA MQTT Broker Migration Project – Study of the existing situation. – Gathering of needs and finalization of the ROADMAP. – Upskilling IBM IoT MessageSight. – Preparation and presentation to the various committees. – Deployment of the different platforms. – Coordination of the various suppliers and customers. – Release / Migration. – Updating of the document base and training of operators. Managed Production Services – Management of middleware foundations: Kafka, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ and IBM IoT MessageSight. – Reporting on MOM usage. – Contribution to the evolution of applications using MOMs. – Contribution to the technical support of applications using MOMs. – Consulting on technologies for applications using MOMs. – Consulting on technologies to applications evolving towards the use of MOMs. – Drafting of documents (new or updated) necessary for the operation and administration of MOMs.
