In my role at Titanbay, I was primarily involved in improving a classification tool and refining navigation logic to enhance user experience. Additionally, I contributed to the development of a design system.

I had the opportunity to work on a financial instrument that catered to Assets management companies and trustees. My focus was primarily on designing dashboards and the Report Builder. I helped establish the research process, analytical tools and design system. Additionally, I created personas to ensure that the product was tailored to the specific needs of our users.

I worked on the Traffic Analytic tool in close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team. While working on this instrument, interaction with the tool has increased by 80% and the number of active users has doubled. We created new functionality such as Audience Insights, Traffic Journey, e.t.c. After implementation this reports conversion of users with a trial account increased by 2 times. I worked on the company's internal admin panel, including Mail System and SAML settings. I worked on user blocking flow, after the implementation the load on Customer Support reduced by 3 times. At the company level, I worked on Web Performance and Semrush restyling 
in collaboration with group of designers. I gather and evaluate user requirements, identify and troubleshoot UX problems, create prototypes of user interfaces, work with user feedback and statistics.

I worked in the b2b field on the admin panel to customize Auto Attendant service and other settings, so that businesses can use the cloud communication platform. I worked closely with the design team to create a new collaboration service, as a result we launched the Unite application. I designed and created prototypes of the user interfaces for web, desktop and mobile applications. I did usability testing and analysis of the results and interacted with the development team.

I created a variety of the company's creative concepts, landing pages and presentation materials for potential investors. As a result, we started development and successfully launched a new application for selling flowers. I worked on an application, created the brand, logo, website and printing materials.

I worked on corporate design and design of printed materials, brand design for the restaurant business and other industries. For example, I developed a logo and corporate identity for a Bad.Bro.Bar and also created an illustration for it, which is on the wall now.

I worked with printed materials, created branding and advertising materials, such as catalogs, leaflets, booklets, banners, postcards, etc., prepared materials for printing.
