Management of the Luxembourg subsidiary of an international technology-integration group - full P&L, operations and team. • Ran the subsidiary end to end with full P&L responsibility -focused on operational performance, delivery and business continuity, not advisory theatre. • Made the commercial and technology calls (account strategy, public-procurement bids, partnerships) and embedded with delivery teams to land them. • Drove digitalisation and technology-integration mandates for legal and public-sector clients. • Co-organised the European ‘Digital Transformation in E-Justice’ conference (Italian Embassy, Italy–Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, POST) with the CJEU and the Unified Patent Court, putting the firm at the centre of justice-system digital transformation.

Head of IT for a major Luxembourg energy operator - owner of a multi-year modernisation of a complex, legacy technology estate. • Modernized a fragmented, legacy IT estate and drove the integration, modernisation and investment priorities. • Delivered the change while maintaining business continuity and bringing non-technical stakeholders with me: modern workplace, cloud migration (Azure, Microsoft 365), SAP/ERP modernisation, cybersecurity (incl. SOC capability). • Installed IT governance, a PMO and service management; reorganised the department, roles and training around the transformation. • Owned the IT budget, vendors and contracts, and operational continuity.

Built the IT function and digital strategy of a new European court from zero - at board level, across multiple countries. • Member of the Preparatory Committee and Executive Board for the launch of the first fully digital European court - influencing technology decisions at board and executive level. • Played active role in the foundational calls - IT operating model, architecture, governance, policies and security. • Directed the IT project portfolio (centralised case-management system, cloud, finance/HR ERP) and owned IT budget and planning; • Coordinated the European IT Working Group and brought diverse stakeholders along - national experts, EPO, and national patent offices.
