My primary responsibilities include overseeing project delivery with our consultants, managing client relationships and ensuring the scalability of the company. The mission of NX Advisory is to guide people and organizations to embrace agility and unlock full potential. We combine strategic thinking, field-tested execution frameworks, and a collaborative mindset.

My main areas of responsibility consisted of accounts payable (AP), account receivable (AR), process improvement within the finance department, monthly closing and reporting. The key projects I have implemented are the (i)implementation of a new reporting solution (Jedox), (ii) the improvement invoicing process and (iii) contract negotiation with suppliers. Cream Consulting is a 100+ consultants company providing services in IT and project management.

As financial consultant, my projects mainly consisted of financial modelling and analysis, debt management, cost accounting, project management, treasury software implementation, M&A, operational processes optimisation. NX Partners is an independent advisory firm created by former KPMG directors providing services corporate strategy and financial management.

My tasks consisted of cash management, investment opportunities analysis, preparation of reporting, cash forecasting, bank relations, risks management.

My assignments mainly consisted of preparation of information memorandum and valuation reports, long and short listing of potential buyers/targets, assistance in due diligence and negotiation processes.
