SCOPE: • Lead a small team of developers (4-5) on multi location (US, Asia & EU based). • Design blueprint & functional specification for new projects • Configure and maintain our Dynamics NAV implementation (Finance, Accounting, Customer Management, Supply Chain) • Produce technical specifications based on functional design specifications • Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, with writing code in C/AL programming • Assist in the debugging/troubleshooting/support on MS Dynamics NAV, EDI, TxtPlanning for forecasting etc • Implement best practices to improve the code quality. • Proceed code review & unit testing of software changes to ensure correct function • Planning, coordination and implementation of scheduled hotfixes, patches and major software releases. • Training sessions for all sites (worldwide) EXECUTION • Proceed new countries deployment on Microsoft Dynamics NAV & PLM/PDM (US, Asia & EU) • Launch of E-commerce www.delsey.com • Implementation of a forecasting tool • Implementation of new EDI format for exchange with customers • Implementation of Cegid for launch of outlets branches • Implement a robust logging system

• Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 2009 SP1 & naviBilling platforms • Design, develop and test solutions within Billing, Accounting, Customer Management verticals • Configure and maintain our Dynamics NAV implementation • Develop custom C A/L, C/Side, C#, SQL code to implement business requirements • 2nd/ 3rd line troubleshooting/ support on Dynamics NAV with OTRS • Other project tasks including requirement gathering/ analysis, documentation, testing, training
