This is my technology and design consulting company; I am providing user-centric expertise in technology and design to companies such as Apple, Barclays, Virgin and Nomura. I can work as a UX Designer, helping companies to introduce a UX process, or working alongside other UX designers in an already implemented process. I can work as a UI Designer, with a keen interest in visual design and a love for creating simple and beautiful designs that work. I can also work as a Front-end Developer using the latest technologies such as HTML5, SCSS, and Javascript. I am logical with a sharp eye for detail. I believe my expertise in all three domains is beneficial to each other. Working as a designer and knowing some of the technological limitations will help speed up the process. Similarly, working as a developer and having a keen eye for details will ensure a pixel perfect implementation. In some of my experiences, I also managed multiple teams across departments such as software developers, UX/UI designers and QA.

Hired to help create Neo, BPCE’s design system (https://bpce.design). Collaborated with product designers to define requirements, understand user needs, and address technical constraints, delivering components from concept to fully implemented solutions. Designed component interactions and animations in Figma. Developed components as Web Components (StencilJS) using TypeScript, SASS, and Node.js.

Designed a new digital product, “Travel Guide,” collaborating closely with a UX designer, product owner, and development team. Created scalable components, prototypes, and developer-ready handoffs using Figma with variables and advanced component structures. Led the redesign and creation of the AFKL Group design system for the digital teams. Built it from the ground up, including variables, design tokens, component libraries, iconography, and full documentation using Zeroheight and Storybook. Defined the new visual direction for the Air France website and mobile app across all key touchpoints. Mentored junior designers, provided guidance throughout project cycles, and introduced regular design critique sessions to elevate team quality. Developed a Figma plugin adopted across the design organization, enabling effortless brand switching and eliminating hours of repetitive manual work.

Totem is a lifestyle store that offers a carefully curated collection of modern and design-oriented products with an eco-friendly conscious. As a self-funded startup, both my partner and I had to take upon ourselves many duties such as branding, development, marketing and sales. I was in charge of the design and development of the e-commerce website as well as the sales communications with suppliers.

This role involved the full spectrum of UX design, UI design and front-end development. I was hired as the first person in the team where I was responsible for implementing a UX process within the department, for recruiting a team which has grown from 1 member to a group of 12 engineers/designers, to achieve a global standardization across several applications and products and I was also responsible for the stack technology used. The UX process included meeting with senior stakeholders and BA to gather requirements, planned and conducted user interviews to review current applications, pain points and requested features. Created use cases, user flows and designed wireframes and prototypes to validate ideas. The first step of the UI design work was to create a Design System using Sketch and Atomic Design (http://atomicdesign.bradfrost.com/). We then develop a shell and components library to simplify the development of new applications, we used the latest technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), Javascript and Angular.

Ridim is the PayPal and Square for Crypto, with a twist. It is the ultimate end-to-end consumer and retailer engagement platform with a consistent, frictionless and personalized commerce experience. Ridim plans to disrupt the merchant services industry as a modern-day payments facilitator (PayFac) with a global end-to-end commerce solution that is decentralized and frictionless. Ridim is to combine Real-Time Payments with a robust set of plug-and-play Value-Added Services. I developed the website using HTML5, SCSS and Javascript. And I designed the iPad and iPhone app using Sketch. I also create prototypes using Principal and Flinto.

Working on an e-learning platform for internal employees to learn about web accessibility. We applied a lean design methodology, which involves several meetings with the stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs. Based on this research, I started working on the user flows, use cases, wireframes and continuously validate it by going back to the stakeholders, to avoid long stretches of design work. Once the design was approved, I started working on the front-end development using HTML5, SCSS and Javascript (React). Working alongside the back-end development team, we worked in an agile methodology to make sure problems were discovered quickly and dealt with efficiently

Tomokids is an online store of contemporary products for children from 0 to 12 years old. These products are mainly toys, clothes, nursery, decorations and books, all previously selected according to certain criteria: use of natural materials, quality products and uniquely crafted. Tomokids was born from the observation of a real lack of consistency in the unique product offering and design in England as well as constant and growing demand in this sector. As a self-funded startup, both my partner and I had to take upon ourselves many duties such as branding, development, marketing and sales. We created a recognizable brand with an international potential reach, which inspires trust and playfulness. I was in charge of the design and development of the e-commerce website as well as the sales communications with suppliers.

I was the first designer and front-end developer to be hired in the department. As a front-end developer, I was in charge of updating the current nomuranow.com to use new technologies and creating new websites. As a designer, the first step was to create a Design System in line with the brand and guidelines. The second step was to gather all current applications and website that needed a redesign and work closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and requirements. I designed the UI using Photoshop and Sketch and developed using technologies such as HTML5/CSS3, jQuery, Angular, Restful API, JSON, XML, XSLT, ZURB Foundation, Teamsite.

Working alongside a team of UX designers and stakeholders; I had to produce interactive and fully functional high-end web app prototypes for iPhone/iPad and responsive web apps. For the first time working with UX designers, I was introduced to workshops, user interviews and collaborate with designers on personas, user flows, use cases. My role was to develop Web app prototypes using HTML5, CSS3, Webkit, Javascript, and frameworks such as Handlebars and Angular. We used Bootstrap and made sure the web apps were responsive. iPad and iPhone apps were developed using frontend technologies but encapsulated using PhoneGap. I have also been in charge of designing and developing a collaborative todo iPad prototype call Promise It.

I had the honour to work on the 50th anniversary of the James Bond 007 website and work closely with EON Productions. I was hired as the tech lead and managed a team of 2 developers (backend and frontend). Because of my interest in UI design, I was also working on the UI design alongside another designer and manage the communication between both teams. We had to develop a website from scratch. The languages I was working were PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. We used Photoshop for the UI design.

Working for Virgin Media Publishing as a developer on the first truly magazine for iPad called Project by leading the technical team. We developed highly interactive ads and editorial pieces using HTML 5, CSS3, Webkit animations and Javascript. We worked with some hardware features such as the accelerometer, gyroscope and camera. Some projects had some impressive user interactions and animations, we were pushing the limits of the iPad at the time and had to come up with some solutions. Advising and collaborating with prestigious clients such as Amex, Sony, Toyota, Paramount, Nissan, L'oreal, Virgin and Audi.

The Group is a Shorditch digital agency who provide full Online Brand Marketing. I was in responsible to maintain and develop complex websites using HTML/CSS, Javascript and ASP.

E-Hotelservices is a start-up which provide Internet services for hotels. I have boosted the company profit by strategized their web development sales. Responsible to the web development and design department. I have developed, maintained and modernised their Internet offering.

Over one year and a half working for Accor in the fidelity department, my main role was focused on developing and designing websites and internal web applications in HTML/CSS and Javascript.

Reporting directly to the IT Manager, I was responsible for providing IT support to external Paris hospitals department. I was in charge to diagnose and solve client issues and doing tasks such as new installations software and hardware upgrades.

Working closely with beta users and IT Team to insure communication between none technical and technical people. My role was to define user behaviors on a banking application and report it to the ITTeam.
