As an Executive Committee Member of this leading energy renovation marketplace, I oversee a team of 80+ employees in development and implementation of robust business and digital transformation, product - data & tech roadmaps, and scaling strategies. To effectively advise leadership on project drivers and key decisions, I conduct business case and process excellence reviews. I excel as a change agent in removing barriers to progress.

For a leading global management consulting firm, I served clients with expert advisement to improve performance in customer experience, digital transformation, and HR strategies.

As Executive Committee Member of this global leader in concierge service, innovative client relationship management, and loyalty programs, I built a high-performance team of 80 FTEs located across 12 global offices. In this capacity, I led teams in business scaling; data, product, and technology roadmap execution; M&A support; and company digital branding.

In this role, I managed start-up and leadership of this international boutique hotel branding network providing a range of hotel critique and advisory services to global travellers.

Here, I built and led a 20-person team in data, product, and technology development for an online travel agency specialized in weekend getaway packages.

During this period, I led a 10-person team in product, engineering, and supply chain management strategies for 7 incubated and accelerated start-ups.

I cofounded a start-up studio focused on audio/video marketplaces : dating, job boards, classifieds, real estate ... I hired and trained a 20 developers offshore development team in Morocco and led pitches with VC and BA (target 3 M€) with multiple stakeholders per vertical

Provided strategic advisement on CRM / omnichannel, eCommerce, product launch, business intelligence, and major project management to clients including BPCE, Orange...

I was a member of the business planning department for the North American branch of Danone Waters (around 300 M$ turnaround), managed profitability analyses and actual/budget tracking for all imported brands (Evian, Volvic, Ferrarelle, Lu …) and built BI analysis, budget forecast. I also participated to the PMI project following the acquisition of McKesson Water for 1,1 B$
