– Built and scaled two AI-startups in stealth from the ground up - spanning product, tech, hiring, legal and finance. – The first focused on AI-powered image editing (Gen AI / Computer Vision), the second on prompt engineering solutions. – Raised funding from top angel investors and assembled a team of 20 engineers across Software Engineering and Machine Learning (Computer Vision, NLP, Deep Learning). – Designed and ran a pan-European recruiting engine, conducting 1,500+ structured interviews across 7 countries. – Several engineers subsequently joined Meta, AWS and Citadel.

– Managed end-to-end investment processes, from sourcing and multi-sector due diligence to complex financial modeling and IC memos, while overseeing portfolio management and fundraising for 25+ international scale-ups (AI, Consumer Tech, Healthcare, Edtech, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Agtech, Enterprise Software).

– Delivered comprehensive financial modeling (LBO, DCF, Comps) and strategic analyses for high-profile Tech transactions, including the Accelya sale to Vista Equity Partners and the IPO of a Silver Lake-backed Fintech.

– Performed Real Estate / Infrastructure valuations and three-statement modeling to assess investment opportunities, while designing high-impact marketing materials (IMs, financing teasers, pitch books) backed by deep-dive sector research.

– Executed M&A valuation models and strategic pitch materials (company profiles, sector trends, market reports) across diverse industries (TMT, Consumer & Retail, Industrials, Energy), while spearheading the office's Data Analytics transformation through SMA software implementation and team training.

– Co-founded a digital knowledge-sharing startup within the HEC Paris & Ecole 42 Design Thinking program. – Recognized as a program Finalist for innovative product design.

– Engineered complex business plans and multi-scenario financial models (DCF, CF forecasts, geo financial modeling) across a wide range of industries (luxury, transport, real estate) to drive high-stakes strategic decision-making.

– Led a Kickstarter campaign that raised €100k (333% of target), while conducting financial risk assessments and international customs analyses to support global export operations.
