During 16 years my career has been in investment banking having accumulated a significant experience in M&A, restructuring, refinancing, divestment, etc. in the context of cross-border transactions. I acquired significant experience in active asset management of infrastructure assets. Experienced and specialized in domiciliation, accounting, legal and tax compliance for Holding companies (Infrastructure, Real Estate, Industrial Companies and Financial Group). Employees under his supervision: 4 - turnover of 1.5mio Responsible for a portfolio of Companies and manage all aspects of the accounting, reporting and administration of private/institutionnal structures: • Monthly reporting • Preparation of financial statements, annual accounts, interim situation upon request and any other statutory or client's reporting • Ensure all tax calculations comply with local regulations; • Contact with external auditors and participation in the management of the audit process; • Work closely with the legal advisors and have contact with third parties; Ensure the daily coordination between clients, the sales and back office functions of the Bank and external service providers; • In charge of drawing up and maintaining operational procedures specific to each client, satisfying the demands of clients whilst taking into account the possibilities offered by the Bank; • Participating in the setting up of new structures; • Contribute to finding day to day and strategic solutions to serve perfectly the clients; • Monitoring the Compliance and Custodian aspects of the structures; Preparing the investment capital calls Coordinating with Treasury re investment distributions and capital calls Coordinating with the Corporate Secretary/Investment committee re the incorporation of new entities Dealing with all audit queries in relation to the Private Equity side of the business Reviewing the accounts prepared by other employees. ► Type of Companies: SPF, Soparfi.

TMPS - Time managed per services: a 18-24 program from Pricewaterhousecoopers where David worked in the various services of chartered accountant department, payroll, tax compliance, tax advisory and domiciliation to develop his know-how. David selected at the end of his program, the domiciliation arm of PwC for the potential of growth. The said department has been sold with a management byout and it known today as Alterdomus.(formerly Billon & Associes).
