ETS La Minouche had been developing for 50 years a steady reputation in the production and the distribution of Christmas goods. Historically producer of Christmas trees and garlands, La Minouche gradually expanded through the years and it counts today four departments: Home, Garden, Xmas, Piwel. In January2009, the company was sold to new shareholders and the previous management left the organization. Unfortunately, one of the new managers also left the company for several reasons. I was hired to assume his tasks while searching for a new managing partner. As Executive director, my mission was to • Define strategic vision of the company such as business development • Manage operational projects • Set up partnerships with ICT providers to fine-tune sales tools (such as Salesforce.com & Glovia integration) • Coach team members • Report to shareholders’ committee
